Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final - No Refunds

Due to the digital nature of AuditLens, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Once the software has been purchased and the download link has been provided, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Please review all product information thoroughly before purchasing.

1. No Refund Policy

AuditLens is a digital software product. Once a purchase is completed through Lemon Squeezy and access to the downloadable software (.exe installer) has been provided, the transaction is considered final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Failure to review product features before purchasing
  • Incompatibility with your system (system requirements are listed on our website)
  • Inability to obtain or configure a third-party AI API key
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated analysis quality (which depends on the third-party AI provider)
  • Duplicate purchases
  • Failure to use the software after purchase
  • Technical issues that can be resolved through support

2. Before You Purchase

We encourage you to review the following before making a purchase:

  • Features: Review the complete list of features on our landing page
  • System Requirements: AuditLens requires Windows 10 or Windows 11 (64-bit)
  • AI API Key: The software requires a separate API key from OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google, which you must obtain yourself. API usage costs are separate from the AuditLens purchase price and are billed directly by the AI provider.
  • Screenshots & Preview: Review the application previews on our website to understand the interface and workflow

3. Technical Support

If you experience technical issues with the Software, please contact us at akshat.ratanpal@gmail.com before considering your purchase unsatisfactory. We are committed to helping you resolve technical problems.

Technical support includes assistance with:

  • Installation issues
  • Configuration and setup
  • API key configuration
  • Software functionality questions
  • Bug reports

Technical support does not constitute grounds for a refund.

4. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company instead of contacting us directly is a violation of these terms. If a chargeback is filed, your license will be immediately revoked. We reserve the right to pursue any legal remedies available to us.

5. Exceptions

In rare and exceptional circumstances, we may, at our sole discretion, consider granting a partial or full refund. This is entirely at our discretion and is not guaranteed. Possible exceptions may include:

  • You were charged multiple times for the same purchase due to a payment processing error
  • The download link was not delivered and the issue cannot be resolved

Any exception request must be made within 48 hours of purchase by emailing akshat.ratanpal@gmail.com.

6. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
